For those who already haven't all who sell artwork on Wolfhome actively require a ToS (Or terms of service) to be posted in our terms of service section: viewforum.php?f=99" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for those who haven't posted please do immediately. It is a requirement and not optional.
We apologise for any inconvenience however the ART feels this is the best way to safeguard both buyers and artists.

I would also like to add that, when updating your ToS, we ask that you make a new post in your topic. Not just one stating "updated" or "I made some changes to this part" but with the actual changes themselves, leaving the original topic the same as it was previously.
For legal reasons, we need to have the older ToS still available (for those who bought from you prior to updating your ToS as they are legally bound to the ToS corresponding to the sale date).
