I mean, I know how to outline.
What I want to know is how to make the image look soft, like I use the paint brush instead of the pencil, but, how do I not get the pixel halo?

Program is Gimp.

You use the ink tool but it's kinnda hard to figure out a first but otherwise it'll make the image look smooth if that's what you mean.

When I outline, I use TwistedBrush. It's free, and really easy to use
