Okay so it's not really a *new* button, but... the Admins button has been changed to say Report! In addition, when you click on it a dialog shows up explaining what you are about to do. UD has implemented this change due to the ridiculous number of spam howls admins get. We are hoping that the new button and dialog will help newer and younger users understand what to use it for.
