Re: Freehand outline

How I usually do it is make my sketch later semi-transparent (maybe 60% so I can make out the outline and have a better idea of how my lineart will turn out). Then I make a new layer above my sketch, and using a brush I go over the lines I want to keep - making sure my strokes are even and not sketc...

Re: Drawing wolf chibis?

Nono, I mean I simply cannot draw one very easily. The anatomy is hard. It's not the paper size or actual drawing of something; just the concept of actually drawing one.

I can outline, color, shade but my problem is actually drawing /sketching them. Thank you though ;;

Re: Drawing wolf chibis?

Thank you Sebastian : )

@Forevs; I don't find it as easy as that; the anatomy is off and minimized and I have trouble with the proportions.

Figured it out a bit though, however it is still challenging.

Drawing wolf chibis?

I can't find a good tutorial anywhere on drawing wolf chibis. I have a rough idea, but nothing really set in stone. Does anyone have any tutorials/help/tips on drawing them? It'd be much appreciated. Thank you!

Furring, and shading.

I've been experimenting with a bunch of shading/furring effects but can never get exactly what i'm looking for; mostly comes out either as light chunks, or just plain out blurs. Even if I get the furring how I like it, then I run into the problem of shading over it ;; Does anyone have any good tutor...

Re: Smooth lines without having to use the pen tool?

Is there a specific brush that is better to use? I use the default brush set to 4px, and I have no opacity on, set to normal.When I line with it I find it leaves jagged edges to the lines at times which makes the loose pixels.

Smooth lines without having to use the pen tool?

I've started using the pen tool to line, and that got rid of my odd loose pixel problem. However, in my old artwork when just using the brush i'd end up with something like this (which didn't work very well, left a few loose pixels); http://i1122.photobucket.com/albums/l537/XxToLoveIsToHidexX/LINESc...
